CrewFino stores the information you provide — your account email, company details, customers, properties, estimates, photos, and pricing configuration — to operate the service for your business.

What we collect

Account information (email, password hash), company profile, and the business data you enter: customer names and contact details, property addresses, job measurements, photos, materials, labor rates, and estimates.

How we use it

Your data is used only to provide CrewFino features: calculating estimates, generating proposals, and organizing your records. Each company's data is isolated — other companies cannot see your records. We do not sell your data.

Customer proposal links

When you share an estimate, your customer receives a link showing only the customer-facing proposal. Internal costs, wages, overhead, and profit are never included.

AI features

Optional drafting features send the job description you provide to an AI model to organize scope and measurements. AI never sets prices or financial totals, and your data is not used to train models.

Your choices

You can update or delete your records at any time from the app. To delete your account and all associated company data, contact us through the contact page.
